What are the minimum credit criteria for a business to borrow on the Marketplace?

In order to apply for a business loan, the business must be:
- registered with CIPC and within the borders of South Africa
- Have an annual turnover of R1m or more
- Have a total asset value of R1m or more
- Provide proof of transactional history and have audited financial statements for 2 years or longer
- Have a forecast and business plan
- The company and directors must be in good standing with SARS and all credit agreements
