If you are not receiving the OTP, please click "Resend OTP" , and the OTP will be sent again.

It does happen that Network operators have a problem delivering the messages immediately and there is a delay.

Please ensure that the mobile number you registered is correct. View the number the message is sent to on the Sign page, or in My Account under My Profile.

Alternatively, please email [email protected] and we will be able to assist you further.
